Standard Expanded Metal Mesh or Regular Expanded Metal Mesh is a
finished product, which is simultaneously slit and stretched by a
press to form a piece construction. This kind of product is
diamond-shaped openings and have a slightly raised surface unlike
the Flattened Expanded Metal Mesh patterns. This product comes in a
wide variety of opening sizes (long way of the diamond – 3.375 to
.345 inches), gauges (thickness of strand), and materials (plain or
galvanized steel, aluminum or stainless steel).
Materials: High-quality low-carbon steel plates, aluminum plates, stainless
steel plates, titanium plates, aluminum foil plates, lead plates,
and nickel plates.
Production technology: stamping and drawing, hole shape is generally diamond.
